Toni Kits is still sold in stores today. Very cool piece to display in hair studio salon or gift to a hair stylist It does looks to be a complete kit with the waving lotion, curlers, and papers. I don’t see instructions however. Box dimensions: 8” x 5” x 2” The box is in vintage condition with staining, water marks, wear in corners.
