Vintage 50s Novelty Print Dress Blue White Tent Flags Cotton Sundress | W 25"

A vintage 1950s or 1950s styled blue cotton dress in a flag and tent novelty print with a large collar, fitted waist and full skirt. Dress zips down with a thin metal side zipper from below the underarm to the waist(ensure you are smaller than the bust measurement to zip properly) and then has 1 snap below the waist but I feel could use another snap as below it is pretty open. I am not positive on the age of this dress, I bought it from another seller many years ago(sadly that platform deletes item/purchase history) and it didn’t end up working for me. The hardware and style is 50s appropriate but the seams are very tight and machine made, the fabric may be later could be a 50s-60s pattern and newer vintage fabric, I am just not sure! But still a very lovely and delightful dress oh and it has its matching belt! LABEL: probably handmade but belt has writing on the inside that looks to say "RL Lewis" FABRIC: feels like cotton with another material for the lining SHOULDERS: 15.5" BUST: 35" WAIST: 25", belt at largest hole is only a smidge over 24" SHOULDER TO WAIST: 15" LENGTH: 39.5" SWEEP: 62" or so undoubled HEM: 3" under but has a fade line so if you let it out you could cover it with ric-rac or there is about 1.5" is below the fade line CONDITION: great, material looks overall slightly faded/dull when compared to fabric under collar(see photo of shoulder), belt has tear and wear on buckle PINNED TO MODEL?: no
