Dolman style sleeve. Skirted bottom of plain sheer material. Rounded neckline. Buttons up the back. There are a few pulls in material. Some of the rhinestones have darkened with age. Best guess for decade is 1950s. Across Top : 22” Chest : 18” Sleeve opening : 6 ½” Length : 22 ½”
