True Vintage Taffeta Dress with Black and White Pilka Dot Peter Pan Collar, Matching Cuffs and Rhinestone Buttons. Slight drop waist with beautiful pleating in the front. Size "Medium" Measured laying flat Bust: 36 Inches Waist: 28 Inches Length from Shoulder to Bottom Hem: 44 Inches Good vintage condition! Slight discoloration on the Collar and few loose threads here and there. Needs a good steam to get out creases. Comes from a smoke-free, pet friendly home!
