Vintage 50s kelly style bag

Super rare, i’ve not seen another of these since it entered my collection approximately 15 years ago. So stunning in this green suede, embellished with a strip of faux? Snakeskin for dimension and interest. The futuristic clasp is also unique and adds such flair. This cool time traveler hails from the 50s, a golden era of handbags imho. Chic and elegant, and such a fun bag to carry. Granny chic is what i call it! I particularly love this style of bag to be carried with casual outfits - picture it with jeans and a T. Whatever u choose, it will elevate any outfit its paired with. Time has faded the branded name, but its clearly a higher end bag. The details allude to that without doubt. And its held up remarkably well— the interior is in great shape, exterior is too. A little gold tone loss to the hardware, and a couple of spots on the back of the bag, along with a couple of areas of surface wear. Overall though, these are minimal and it looks great imo! Ready to be carried, and taken on many new adventures. Imagine if these vintage bags could talk? The tales they could tell :)
