Vintage 50s/60s Union Label Blue/Green/black plaid cotton Dress with full skirt

This dress is in amazing condition for its age. I have had this dry cleaned so it is ready to wear. Material is cotton. Great dark blue, green, black plaid design. Brand is Allison Ayres Original. There is a full metal zipper down the back which says MARK. Hard to find Union label in the skirt seam that looks from the 50s. There is no size tag but this will fit around a modern 10/12! The only issue I am noticing is a tiny tear in the very top of the right shoulder and I think it is missing a above the zipper at back of neck. See last photo for picture of tear. Material does not stretch.
