Vintage 50s/60s handmade pleated skirt

Good vintage condition Light khaki/cream belted and pleated skirt Pretty sure it’s handmade and it’s small so check measurements The material is kind of stiff and rough. Some kind of cotton blend? A little thin and the seams are rough so a slip is highly recommended Metal side zipper, 2 side buttons, matching belt 2 detailed pleated areas in the front Trumpet style? Would be tight through hips and flair from knees to shins Measures: About 31” long Waist about 12” straight across, buttoned and zipped Tapers to about 18” at the widest point of the hip straight across Then bottom hem up to 21” straight across at the bottom Note there are several small areas of discoloration that may or may not come clean or lighten with delicate cleaning and care which is beyond my abilities.
