There is cute ruffle details on the cuffs and v-neckline, and floral applique on the lapel with little pearls. Adorable dress and still with tags and no damage or stains. No size however this can fit up to size large the tied waistband allows you to fit your size. Rare find johnstown pa. Bust 22 in. Waist 20 and lent from shoulder to bottom hem is about 53in.
