Vintage 60s 70s Empire Waist Mod Mini Dress Scalloped Details Green Size L

I do not know the origins or this dress! I believe it is handmade (there aren't tags) and the style looks 60s or 70s to me. That said it is in such excellent shape it could be newer and emulating a retro style. Very sweet mini dress in the coolest print with the cutest details; scalloped edged sleeves and neckline plus sweet matching buttons. This is in excellent condition without flaws or signs of wear. I did find two places with little black marks that could flaws in the fabric, kind of looks like a pen mark. Very difficult to see/find. The dress is very well constructed with interior seams finished. I believe the fabric is polyester, it's a nice weight that seems comfortable to wear, not stiff and thick but not flimsy and thin either. The buttons are not functional. The photo with the white fabric shows little shoulder pads, but they're not puffy like the 80s, very thin, I guess to add a little structure. One odd thing about this dress is the zipper does not end at the neck, so it's kind of just in the middle of the back of the dress.
