Short vintage Marie-Martine Paris long-sleeved mini dress from the 1960s or 1970s era. Made in France. Marie-Martine was a fashion house and Paris shop known for dressing Brigitte Bardot and Francoise Hardy in the 60s. Features: • Metallic gold lace ribbon trim on the neckline & cuffs • 5 round gold button closures at the neck • Long sleeves that button with 4 round gold buttons • Invisible metal hook and zipper closure in the rear of the dress • Dress is lined No fabric composition label. The fabric has the effect of a curly wool (boucle wool), similar to tweed. Estimated size: French 34/36 or US XS Measurements: Shoulder to shoulder: 14" Bust: 16" Waist: 13" Length: 34.5" I had the dress freshened up by a couture cleaner in the DC area to remove some of the yellowing in the lining (due to aging) and the wrinkles.
