Vintage 60s 70s Mod Retro Faux Fur Velvet Animal Print Belted Penny Lane Coat

Unsure of material/brand/size. Seems to be a M or L based off measurements. See photos for measurements. Tag has been cut, feels like a soft velvet. Liner has small rip near the armpit, see photos for details. Belt is attached and doesn't come off. Coat is in good vintage condition.
