Vintage 60s 70s Prom Bridesmaid Maxi Dress Shrug Powder Blue Medium Two Piece

Lovely powder baby blue maxi dress with shrug. Dress is floor length with ruching at the top front and sides. Spaghetti straps. Zipper back with hook and eye closure. The “eye” is missing and the hook just hooks onto a thread loop. Small stain on hem as shown. Shrug is maybe cap sleeve length, depending on your arms. Velvet front patches with crochet lace detail. Tie front. Has two small dots in the back as shown in photos. Sized 13, more closely a modern small/medium. Brand tag is no longer present. Approx 52” from top of bust to hem Approx 7” top of strap to top of bust Approx 15” across bust (unstretched, bust cups are gathered so there is more cup room) 13” under bust 48” from under bust to hem I have not attempted to wash or treat the stains, so they may come right out. Fabric does have side stretch.
