Beautiful dress with a long sleeve black velvet bodice, empire waist, and bright psychedelic floral patterned skirt. Zips up the back. Since it is part of a petites line, I would say it is meant to be a maxi dress but could work as a midi as well. Good vintage condition except for some fraying/loose threads inside (examples pictured). Best fits size xxs - xs.
