Vintage 60s 70s Yellow Rib Knit Dress With Tulle Lettuce Ruffle Trim

Handmade dress from 60s or 70s Bright yellow stretchy rib knit sheer ruffle string on sleeves and neckline surplice crossover neckline long sleeves around knee length no size or fabric tags. Fabric feels like a poly blend. Size is around an 8 or medium. Measurements: underarm to underarm 19", waist 29" around, hips 40" around, length from shoulder 39" Very good condition overall. Found a few light spots on sleeve and back of dress (see last 2 pics), but not noticeable unless you look closely.
