Vintage 60s Black Net Cotton Skirt

Really different black net skirt from the 60s, 100% cotton. Cotton lining. Has smooth black stripe down the side. Short side zipper with hook and eye. Dress it up or dress it down. Fairly thick weight. Excellent vintage condition. There are some faint indentations on the waistline from the metal clasps on the hanger. Closer to a size 2/4. See measurements. No stretch.
