Vintage 60’s Designer Travilla Black Frilly Ruffled Party Cocktail Dress XS - S

STUNNING!!! Travilla Black Frilly Ruffle Party Dress No size indicated, fits like a S. It fits my mannequin pretty great and she’s a 4-6. Please go by measurements. In good shape but it does have a few flaws. The nude lining in the top has tears-see pics. Not visible on outside of dress. I did find a spot of the ruffle skirt. Also not noticeable unless you go looking for flaws. The belt looks as though someone altered it in back to lengthen. One of the hooks has a loose thred. Easy fix.
