Vintage 60’s Green Sleeveless Maxi Dress

Very chic 1960’s vintage maxi dress in green ribbed fabric with a back zip closure and skinny belt in good vintage condition. The belt has 2 lovely Mother of Pearl button accents on each side and a hook/eye closure. No size or fabric label attached. Probably handmade. Fabric feels synthetic. There are a few small stains I noticed while listing. I have not attempted to remove them, and they are not obvious at all. Best suited for a medium/large. Please see approximate measurements below.
