Vintage 60s Modern Classics dress black short sleeve circle skirt SZ small

Vintage 50s or 60s dress by Modern Classics. This is short sleeved with a pleated waist going into a circle full skirt. This is a midi dress and has a metal "Mona" zipper up the back. The skirt has two large front patch style pockets. The fabric is black with grey and red pinstripes. There is a row of large black asymmetrical button along the bodice. This dress used to have a thin self belt but it is missing. 19" armpit to armpit 13" straight across waist 15" straight across back shoulders 40" top of shoulder to bottom hem
