Vintage 60s Olive Green Sheath Size Small Chest 36 circumference

Lovely quality sheath from the 1960s. Long back zipper, short sleeves with underarm inset, front bow. There is a second piece that somehow attaches to the dress. Behind the bow on either side are 3 loops. The second piece hooks on these loops but I can't get it to make any sense of it's purpose. Maybe the new owner can figure it out. Label - Parnes Feinstein Color - Olive Green Size - Small (vintage sizes are different so please check the measurements) Measurements : Chest - 18 (pit to pit) The seam under the chest where the bow is 16 Waist - 15 Hips - 18 Shoulders - Sleeve - Length - 41 (shoulder to hem) Fabric - Silk or rayon moire Condition - very light deodorant stain Please give yourself room for movement as these measurements are the size of the garment.
