Vintage 60’s Parfait Originals Plaid Dress

Parfait Originals yellow, white/cream, and black plaid check dress with black button details. This is tagged as a size 11, I believe would translate to a modern day S or XS, please see measurements below. Please see pictures, only noticeable flaw I can see is one rust colored mark on back right shoulder, pictured above for reference. Inside the garment there is some fraying of fabric, but no holes or rips. Zipper works wonderfully.
