Vintage! Mod meets Flapper. Black rib knit double breasted dress with rhinestone buttons. 1960s polyester with a dropped waist and mock turtle neckline. This dress is in excellent shape. No rips, tears, holes, piling, etc. Skirt would be categorized as a "mini"--ending mid-thigh on an average height person.
