Vintage 60's Ray Ban gold Outdoorsman Aviator glasses The mother of all aviator frames, the Outdoorsman was created by Bausch & Lomb in 1939 and is still the most popular and iconic aviator ever produced. Acetate reinforced sweat-bar, making it even more comfortable to wear. This rare edition features original Bausch BL and Ray Ban watermarks. See photo. They are 10K gold (I believe plated). Glasses have rounded arms so you can hook them around your ear to stay on easier. This pair were clearly meant for everyday glasses although you could easily have them situated with new sunglass lenses. Measurements were taken while laying flat - Lens height - 50mm Frame Width - 140mm Temple Length - 110mm Lens Width - 55mm Bridge Width - 25mm (has adjustable nose pads as well) Please note - Glasses will need lenses removed and replaced with fake lenses or lenses of your choice.
