What really sets it off are the velvety flowers that line the neckline, the semi open back, and the bottom of the skirt. So unique! There is some fading to the lining, but the exterior is in great shape! Measurements: Bust- 30" Waist- 27" Hips- 35" This is EXTREMELY PETITE. I have the back pinned on my size 2 mannequin!

jensantos430 @bd1steelers Hi! It has a Valentino look to it, but it isn't Valentino. It appears to be a really well done homemade gown, so there are no tags.
