Vintage 60s Star Of Siam Top & Skirt Set Handwoven Silk Metallic Teal Small 4-6 This vintage 1960s Star Of Siam sleeveless top and maxi skirt set is among my favorite finds ever. It's so beautiful, I persuaded my daughter-in-law to model it for this listing. The metallic turquoise and green silk was handwoven in Bangkok, Thailand, in the 1960s, then worn with care on the most special of occasions. The top also has embroidered brown and gold accents, a hidden side zipper and darts that tailor the bodice and waist. You may adjust them for the most flattering fit. The A-line skirt has an elastic waist, pleats and side seam pockets. The fabric in both pieces is strong, yet lightweight with a delicate vibe. No holes, tears or fading. A rare find in rare condition. No size tag, but fits a small-medium. * Chest is 36 inches, blouse length is 19 inches. * Elastic waist stretches 26-31 inches comfortably. Length is 33 inches.
