Vintage Tortolani Leaf Motif and Faux Pearl Necklace and Clamper Bracelet Set Frank Tortolani came from Italy in 1923. He founded a jewelry company that created jewelry from 1950- 1976. They did castings of base metal with gold or silver plating.
