Measurements: Lined Sleeveless Knee Length Dress with Back Zip Closure & Pockets waist (laid flat) 15.25" armpit to armpit (laid flat) 16.5" length (shoulder to hem) 35.5" hips (laid flat) 17" Lined Button Up Jacket with Pockets shoulder to shoulder 15.5" armpit to armpit (laid flat) 17" waist (laid flat) 16.5" arm length (armpit to cuff) 14.5" length (back of collar to hem) 36.5" Signs of wear such as discoloration/stains, a frayed section at the bottom of the jacket, a tear in the lining of the jacket armpit area and a couple small tears in the dress lining (see pics)
