This skirt is in excellent condition for its age. Feels like a Wool Blend. Beautiful Yellow with stripes of mustard, pink, and blue. "Personal" brand. Two beautiful clasps hold it on, use a kilt pin to hold it together for modesty a but lower (you can see where the kilt pin used to be if you look closely). Such a gorgeous color.
