Perfect for Fall! Brown & black plaid wool, high-waisted vintage 60s skirt. This isn't truly a pencil, as it has a slight a-line...but it's so slight that I wouldn't label it as just an a-line, if that makes sense? Approx. measurements (taken flat): high waist at 13-13 1/2", approx 17 1/2-18" at hips, length is approx 24" waist to hem.
