Adorable vintage late 1960s to early 1970s yellow and white flocked chiffon party dress. Fabric is butter yellow with white dogwood flowers. Dress has round lace-trimmed neckline, balloon/poet sleeves with gathered cuff, lace trimmed waist, and long flowing skirt with small train in back. Back metal zip.
