Vintage 60s dress, candy red plaid / optic white, sz 8 / Med

This dress is from the 1960s. I found it on eBay and wore it for a theme concert. It's terrific, but I won't need it again. I took this picture in bad light. The color is bright candy red with bright optic white. No size is marked but I would call it an 8 or Medium. Zipper in back from neck to waist. The length came to just below my knee, but then again I'm 5' 2" and I think the dress would be better on a taller frame.
