Vintage 60s drop waist coquette dress with bow details and paisley print M/L

This is a stunning dress, super cute for a coquette, mod, retro, Lolita or cottagecore look. The print is a paisley orange/yellow/green. I believe this is handmade and is cotton. It has a metal zipper closure in back and cute bows and yellow piping details at the drop waist. There are some signs of wear, some of the seams have been mended to be reinforced but this isn’t noticeable on. The zipper works well. Considering this is vintage, it’s in awesome shape! I believe this to be a modern medium or even a large, but please see measurements.
