Vintage 60s navy blue and white preppy tie neck collared a-line shirt dress, size M. Adorable retro mod vibes with this eye popping dress! The tie around the neck is two different colors and the fabric has a subtle geometric print. The dress is a "Knit Original by Leslie Pomer."
