Vintage 60's necktie sundress

super cute authentic1960s dress - looks like a blouse tucked into a skirt but it's all one piece. No tags, I wouldn't be shocked if it's hand made. The white blouse part is a little see through (you can see bra in the last pic, would look fine with a cami underneath I think). Fits a medium or small, it's snug on my 28 inch waist. Skirt hits just below the knee on my 5'6" bod.
