Vintage 60s paisley trippy print maxi skirt with tie waist hippie boho Sz S

The print on this skirt is awesome! Super mod print and nice soft cotton poly blend material (this is my guess, there is no tag). This appears to be handmade and it looks like someone put Velcro to fasten the waist over the years. There is a tie belt that goes around the waist also. I’m estimating this at a small, but please see measurements. No notable flaws, only normal wear with age.
