Vintage 60s plaid dress

I wish I could keep this adorable dress, but it’s too small for me and especially tight on the arms. Check measurements before buying since there’s no tag. I think it could be handmade and probably from the 60s based on the style. The hem is fraying a bit, but no outside damage. Measurements lying flat: Bust: 19” Waist: 16.25” Hips: 20” Arm hole: 8.5” End of sleeve: 6.25” Model is 5’3”, 34D bra size and usually wears a 14 in dresses. Probably best for someone who wears a 10 or 12.
