It’s vintage, likely from the 60s. It’s blue and has rhinestones on the collar. It has a square neckline and short sleeves. It zips up on the back. No brand, tagged as a size 18 1/2. It has some minor pulls (common w the material used) and discoloring (mostly on the right sleeve and a little on the underarms.
