Vintage 60s red silk chiffon party dress XS xxs japan

Darling vintage 1960s party dress. Very small size, maybe meant for a teen? This is a bright red dress with orange bow, fully lined in orange acetate, with a red crinoline to give it some extra poofiness. No materials tag, or makers tag for that matter, but looks and feels like silk chiffon. The name Nagoyama is handwritten on the inside zipper- I was thinking this might be a custom dress from Japan? Who knows… I bought it too long ago to remember 🤨. There are quite a few small holes/tears in the chiffon, particularly around the shoulders and armpits. (All pictured), and one small tear in the skirt (hard to notice). Measurements: Shoulder: 12.5” across Bust: 15.5” across Waist: 12.25” across Length: 37.5” Priced to sell quickly!
