Vintage 60s sailor mini dress Women's XS

This dress is SOOO CUTE. Looks great with sneakers or heels. It's in great condition considering it's age, which I'm going to guess if from the 60s or 70s. No tags, so potentially handmade. There's a bit of discoloration around the inside of the neck, but I'm sure it would come out with specialized cleaning products. It's impossible to go out and not get compliments in this cutie. It's a great 4th dress as well! Likely 100% polyester, in true 60s style... Full length is about 28 inches - skirt only is 16ish. Waist right at 13 inches Sleeve opening is around 7.5 inches at the shoulder and just under 6 inches at the arm hole
