Vintage 60s tapestry needlepoint rug carpet bag purse

No brand, think it is anywhere from 50s-70s. Looks like it has never been used, no wear, but there is a defect on the handle that looks like manufacturer error. Not noticeable. Listed as shoulder bag but it’s a handbag.
