Vintage 60s (?) tie neck dress

FINAL SALE PRICE 1960s (?) genuine vintage striped dress with peplum and tie neck. Great condition. Size is about a medium but there is no tag. It may be older than 60s but it is hard to tell sometimes. It honestly even looks like the 1940s to me but I don’t want to make promises.
