Vintage 60s union made ivory button back dress XS/S

Beautiful find I purchased from the GoodBuy Girls store in Nashville, TN. It is an unlabeled but likely union made dress. All buttons are intact, the zipper works perfectly, and there are no holes in the seams. There is minor damage to the fabric but the holes do not go all the way through the material. It has been hanging in a garment bag since I bought it a few years ago. The blouson top has a weighted chain at the waist between the lining and the dress. The top portion is lined, see video. The interior of the waist has a hook and eye closure, no metal eye only thread. There are 11 matching fabric covered buttons that go all the way up the neck. I think this fits like a modern day 2. I originally was going to wear it as an exit dress at my wedding but went in another direction. Length is approximately 38 inches. The waist straight across at the narrowest point is 14 inches. Pit to pit of the lining is 15 inches.
