ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED!
I purchased this from an estate sale and was told it was the uniform top for a stewardess. There is no maker's mark or labels, no indication which airline this was for unfortunately, but it is bright red polyester from the late 1960's - early 1970's. This top has the wide collar, buttons up the front, and has 2 fantastic patch pockets -- almost reminding me of a smock! You can wear it alone or wear fabulous secretary blouse underneath. Great vintage condition, no real wear but the top does have these little sewn reinforced "holes" (last pic) in the pits that I was informed are there for "airflow" since the garment is polyester. They are not noticeable and there was oddly one over the one breast area which is why I put the vintage silver brooch there, which I'm including.
Laying flat, top measures 18.5" armpit to armpit, 14.5" shoulder seam to seam, and 25" in length, so maybe a modern size M?

The holes (where you have the pin) are for the “stewardess” name and the airline name. Cheers.
