Vintage Lucky Winner brand high collar victorian ruffle blouse in a RARE abstract " Halloween" color streak print of orange, black, grey & white. Label says 11/12 Id say 6/8 flat lay measure from armpit to armpit is 19 inches. Base of collar to bottom hem measures 25 inches . Sleeve from shoulder center stitch to wrist, sans ruffle is 22 inches. Bottom of collar to hem front of shirt measures 22 inches. Rayon or silk-like poly.
