Remixed by Mayumba This beautiful Romantica Victor had sleeves, but I removed them for a more modern look. Blue and black sequin detail on bodice. Feels of silk chiffon. Very Good Vintage Condition-some snag lines in front of chiffon skirt. Fraying on belt edge.
