Vintage 70 s Fred Piccioni for Alfred Angelo Formal Dress Black Velvet & Taffeta Beautiful vintage formal gown with a label that dates it from the 70's. The sleeveless top is black velvet and the skirt is taffeta. There are embroidered flowers at the bottom. There are no labels indicating size or fabric. The only label I could find was the remnant of a union label. My measurements were taken lying flat. Please compare the measurements to something in your closet that fits you well. * The bust measures 18 inches across from pit to pit * The total length is 51.5 inches * The bodice from the shoulder to the waist is 14.5 inches * The waist measures 13 inches across In nice vintage condition. Has hand stitched hem so it was probably altered at the dress shop.
