Stunning vintage Rhapsody by Glazier hippie dress. Empire waist with attached cape that flows from the shoulders. Talon zipper. Bright neon pink, yellow and orange pattern with floral flower power design. Some faint color bleeding into the yellow. Loose threads at the base of the cape near the zipper. Please see all pictures.
