Vintage 70s 80s Bill Tice Lord & Taylor pink ruffle halter maxi dress

Size tag has been removed. It fits my size 4-6/Small dress form, but the bust is very small! Hips are pretty roomy. No holes. but there are a few stains, mainly a darker area on the front near the side. Materials tag has been removed, but I think it's a polyester cotton blend. Bill Tice made a lot of loungewear - I'm leaning towards this being a dress rather than a nightgown based on the pockets. Has ties attached to the bust - can be worn as strapless or tied in a variety of ways, like a halter. Bill Tice 1970s 1980s vintage pink and blue ruffle strapless empire waist maxi dress. Unlined. Ruffles at bust and hem. Keyhole at center bust. Measurements (flat & approximate): bust 16", underbust 15", hip 20", length 48". I'm 5'5" with a 30" inseam and it's about an inch off the ground on me. Probably hand wash. No trades, please!
