Beautiful vintage late 70s / early 80s mini dress by Warren Petites. Black with rhinestone straps. Cowl / draped neckline. Slinky fit. Knee length. Zips in the back with a plastic zipper. Polyester. Union made in the USA. Tagged a size 4, best fits a modern XXS or very very slim XS depending on desired fit. There is no stretch. Dress did zip on my XS dress form with a 32 inch bust and 25.5 inch waist but it was very very tight. Please compare measurements below to a similar item that fits you well.
