Vintage 70’s 80’s Cynthia Howie Navy Blue Polka Dot Dress size 8

Size 8 Vintage items do tend to run small. 51” long 21” chest measured in the back laying flat The dress is in great condition! It has a removable broach pin on the chest. Shoulder pads with a belt. The last two photos show fading on the inside of the acetate lining. It does not show through or affect the outside material of the dress. I wanted to point that out. Offers welcome!
