Vintage 70's 80's S/M beige and white stripe textured cap sleeve midi dress! V-neckline that snaps in the center. Elastic waistline. Mid length. Tan gray beige colored stripes. Linear texture and also the fabric has a nubby texture. I thought it was pilling so I shaved it and it didn't shave so I think it's part of the fabric giving it a worn look. See photos.
